Innovative Engineering Solutions has two facilities to serve you. Our offices in El Cajon, California house our engineering design and analysis staff. Here we are able to assist our customers with product development and analysis support. We also provide rapid prototyping capability through our in-house machine shop which includes CNC machining capability. |
At our test facility in Murrieta, CA we can provide our customers with the equipment and resources necessary develop a test program tailored to your requirements. Constructed in 2003, this new facility encompasses approximately 4 acres and is strategically designed to support both small and large scale test activities. Our test engineers will interpret your commercial or military specifications and provide you with the equipment and facilities necessary for a successful test.

Our offices provide our customers with private cubicle space from which to conduct business while away from their offices. All of the expected office conveniences are made available including phone, fax, internet, conference room, teleconferencing capability, etc. There are many hotels within minutes of our facility, and many things to do and see while staying in the Southern California area. |

Also housed within the main building is our High-Bay fabrication, assembly and test area. Here we are able to support the buildup of test fixtures and conduct non-hazardous environmental testing, including vibration testing, temperature, humidity, and altitude. Our machine shop is also located here, to support fabrication and test activity. |
|
In addition to our High-Bay, we offer two test pads. Test Pad ‘A’ provides over 1250 square feet of covered test space. It accommodates a location to conduct most of our cryogenic and hazardous testing activities. It’s configured to “plug & play” your hardware with our liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, and high pressure helium and nitrogen gas systems. |
Test Pad ‘B’ is a completely enclosed building, with twice the floor space of Test Pad ‘A’. Here we are able to perform larger scale tests, while providing a measure of security for your proprietary hardware. Much of the structural testing is conducted here, as is other large scale tests. Both test pads are pre-wired and provide for several hundred channels of data collection. |
All of the test areas are supported by a modern control room. Here the test team can visually and electronically monitor and control the test activity, while working in a clean and environmentally conditioned space. Pre-wired junction boxes provide both command and control, and data acquisition capability between the test pads and the control room.
