Innovative Engineering Solutions (IES) is a full-service engineering company, providing “innovative solutions” to unique problems.  At IES, our experienced engineering teams will assist you with the design, analysis, fabrication and testing of your product.

Since 1995, Innovative Engineering Solutions has offered these services to a wide variety of customers, including the aerospace, industrial, commercial, government and medical sectors.  The expertise of Innovative Engineering Solution's engineers include cryogenic test services, aerospace fluid systems, design, analysis, and fabrication of special test equipment, fluid flow and thermal analysis support, CAD/CAM support, cryogenic system design, industrial control systems, commercial product development (electronic and mechanical), and medical device manufacturing support and testing.  A brief list of our services include:

Engineering Services

IES provides design and analysis support of mechanical, electrical and fluid systems, including structural analysis, thermal analysis and fluid flow analysis.  Our engineers excel at computational fluid dynamics and finite element analysis of components and structures.  Over the years we have designed and developed numerous products for our customers, including industrial control systems for a variety of factory processes.  We also support the aerospace industry with both flight and ground support equipment (GSE), while for the medical field we have developed many medical devices, special test equipment, and automated test equipment to assist with product development and FDA approval.

Test Services

The Innovative Engineering Solutions test facility in Murrieta, California provides a wide array of test services to our customers. These include thermal testing, humidity testing, vacuum testing, cryogenic testing, proof pressure and helium leak testing, structural testing, vibration testing, and physical properties testing of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, to name a few. We are familiar with MIL-STD-810 test requirements and comply with ANSI/NCSL Z540.1 and ISO 12075 calibration and accuracy standards for testing laboratories. If your product requires testing, IES can assist you with developmental testing, qualification testing or acceptance testing to meet your needs. Our engineers can also design, develop and build custom data acquisition systems to meet your exacting requirements.

Special Test Equipment

IES will rapidly design, develop, and fabricate automated test equipment (ATE) and special test equipment (STE) to meet your unique requirements. We have extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, thermal, fluid, and instrumentation and control system designs that meet the needs of the aerospace, medical, and industrial industries. With our in-house machining, fabrication, and assembly capabilities, along with our comprehensive supplier network, we can provide that special test equipment for your development, qualification, or manufacturing needs. We can provide customized data acquisition systems using LabView, and the hardware to make it a turnkey system. Either one piece, or multiple units, IES will work with you to identify the requirements and then develop, build, and deliver that special test equipment to meet your product needs.

At Innovative Engineering Solutions we can assist our customers in developing their ideas and requirements into useful products. Over the years our clientele has included large aerospace companies, industrial manufacturers, the medical profession, the agricultural industry, as well as the individual entrepreneurs. Engineering Contract Services

If your company has need of short or long term specialty engineering services, IES may have a solution for you. We maintain an extensive network of industry design and analysis engineers, whose specialties include thermal, fluid flow, structural and finite element analysis. We can provide staffing at your facility, or support you off-site. At IES, we have the technical resources to meet your needs.
